Terms of Service

SubGenius Pro is commercial software. By using the desktop App or this website you agree to these terms and to purchase subscriptions through Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly in USD. Device limits apply per subscription tier. Checkout requires Google sign-in; unauthenticated users cannot initiate Paddle checkout from this website.

Plan upgrades

You may upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately through Paddle. Fees already paid for your current billing period on a lower tier are not refunded. Downgrades and prorated refunds are not supported.

Trial

New Google accounts receive one cumulative hour of foreground App use. Trial timing is validated locally and via minimal authorization heartbeats. Trial eligibility is bound to the Google account.

Local processing

You retain responsibility for your media and compliance with applicable laws. SubGenius Pro processes content locally on hardware you control.
